As a woman who has struggled with her weight, thyroid and hormones for most of her life, I knew I was looking for another tool to optimize my metabolism and keep my inflammation low as I move through my years. A few months ago I came across some research from Dr Ray Peat on the beneficial effects of Aspirin, which was further supported by Georgi Dinkov's research on his site "Haidut". So I decided to delve deeper and scour Pub med and some of the research journals, and what I found was mind blowing. 100% the opposite from what we have been told by the medical industry and big pharma. Aspirin is King! with health benefits beyond what I could have believed. Since taking Aspirin I have seen my metabolic rate soar amongst other things. Check out what I found in this solo episode, I think you will be very surprised. If you find these videos or the podcasts helpful or interesting and you want me to continue making them, you can support me in making these and the podcasts because they really do take a lot of time, especially where the research is involved. You can buy me a coffee, I will share the link in the description. I really appreciate those of you who have supported me already, I do love coffee. Thank you so much for your generosity. https://buymeacoffee.com/cmhthanks Refs; Science 2001 Aug 31;293(5535):1673-7 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/760253 J Ethnopharmacol 1991 Sep;34(2-3):215-9 J Indian Med Assoc 1997 Feb;95(2):43-4, 47 Mol Cell Biochem 1999 Sep;199(1-2):93-102 J Physiol Paris 2001 Jan-Dec;95(1-6):51-7 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5598954 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33974468/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35581629/
