This is a repost of a podcast episode I did 4 years back! Yep can you believe it...time flies. In my groups this week we are learning/relooking at stress and this episode has some quality information (still). Stress is SO much more than just an invisible 'emotion'. Stress can have a huge impact on your body, in particular hormones and nutrient deficiencies. So this weeks podcast we look at the viscous cycle that occurs in your body when there is a stress and why you may not be getting the results you want through your diet and exercise.
