Lo! And behold the muscular goddesses gracing the screens of iphones everywhere! This week we are talking about the (admittedly niche) #musclemommy trend celebrating muscular and strong women. And while the trend isn't much more than vehicle for thirst traps, we're using it as an opportunity to talk about a topic near and dear to our hearts: women and strength.

In this episode we bust historical and contemporary myths about women and weight lifting, give important information and advice for women looking to get into strength training, and highlight three strong women of the past who paved the way for the female strength athletes and muscle mommies of today.
