I understand it is difficult to move (Workout) everyday, but if you ask yourself everyday WHY? Why I need it? Why it is important? You will get your answer. :)
I am lazy too sometimes but I know myself that next day I will do double workout to cover it.
Challenge yourself EVERYDAY & reply to your WHY ?
USAIN BOLT - I know what I can do, so I never doubt myself.
