If you take the time to consider all of the people that work with you in your office, obviously they are all important to the smooth running of the machine that is your practice. I would hope that each one of your team are well trained and scripted to be able to handle what ever comes up on any given practice day. But, if I asked you who the single most important member of the team is… you’d probably , pretty quickly arrive at the OFFICE MANAGER. I say that because if hired , trained and nourished properly - that person is your key number one who can do it all and help you in every aspect of the practice .
