If you listen to the news, you'd think the COVID-19 coronavirus was the end of the world.

But the truth is that we've learned an awful lot in the 7 or so months since this novel coronavirus started to spread.

In today's episode, we're looking at the work of one group of really smart people.

At the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore, much has been discovered about COVID-19 and the virus that causes it, SARS-CoV-2.

We're learning about how it enters the body, takes over cells and even the unusual immune system responses to COVID-19.

Give it a listen and check out some of what we've learned.
