This week on the Girls 4 Greatness podcast my guest and I have a conversation all about challenging the societal norms around food choices and our health.

Megan Hadley joins me this week as we tackle this somewhat controversial topic. Megan is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition. Meagan started her company, Simple Nutrition, in January of 2015, and she is a big believer in the fact that relationships with food and body image are often the barriers that stand in the way of people living the fulfilled life they want to live. Megan is passionate about empowering her clients to find freedom in eating and in the acceptance of their bodies in the hopes that they can focus more attention towards truly living.

I have no doubt that if you approach this episode with any open mind then you will be challenged to examine your own relationship with food, as well as to be more in tune with the way you choose to speak to yourself.

Please be sure to head to www.simplenutritioncounseling.com and www.forkthefoodrules.com

To find out more about Simple Nutrition and all the services Megan has to offer. You can also find and connect with Megan on Instagram under @tasteandseerd and on Facebook under @simplenutrition. You can even check out the food framework information that Megan talked about in this episode by heading to https://www.forkthefoodrules.com/framework.
