Natasha DesRuisseaux is the VP of Talent Relations at BET Networks. She leads her team in the development and execution of Talent strategy and initiatives for the networks’ current series, live events, social/digital and international departments, she also manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of BET.
Natasha has 14+ years of experience in the entertainment industry working for Warner Bros, Sony, New Form, Nickelodeon and now, BET.

We kick off Black History Month with this amazing, hardworking, and genuine woman. Natasha who originally hails from Miami, Florida and is from Haitian descent took the leap to Los Angeles to work on building her career in entertainment. In this episode she takes us through this journey and some of the ups and downs she went through while navigating herself in Hollywood and working in the film industry as a young and eager 20-something. She shares insightful knowledge on the Television Industry and key factors that aided her in finding her passion and purpose within it.
