In this week's episode I dive into feeling fear, why we feel fear and how to try and get out of it. My motto since launching Lumi Glo has been "feel the fear and do it any way. I lived my whole life in fear and never following my dreams. Well I am doing it now and every day I break through a new fear of mine. Its about becoming the best version of yourself and inspipring yourself and others around you.
