Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. Have you been spinning since the year started or already broken your new years resolution? Well if this is you stop take a breath and just relax. The month of January should be about setting yourself up fr the year, planning, creating intentions and not setting a million goals. Just maybe 3 should work.
Forget about the new year new me this year and think about how do you want to show up. How do you want to feel and how can you get there. Think about your core values that you want in 2024 and what does that truly mean. Get inspired on Pinterest and start creating a vision of what you want more of. Get excited.
I chat about what I want more of, how to deal with shit that comes your way, a little human design and just what I want more of. I want 2024 to be magical for me and I am setting myself up for success.
