In this week's episode I chat about some amazing news first. YES Lumi Glo won a Glamour award for our amazing moisturiser. But seriously its about setting goals for next year that align with your values, creating your vision board of all you want to experience, setting clear intentions for what you want and writing all the things you need and want to do.
Its about future self gratitude and journaling, eft tapping and reprogramming your mindset for 2024. So you go into January and set yourself up for your best year yet. I am so excited for what's in store. I am taking action every day and it feels amazing.
