Welcome to month THREE of the Gluten Free Your Year challenge! Do you not know what I am talking about?? Well we are having a year long challenge with different goals and tips to help each of us- me included- to take our gluten free life up a notch- to really be thriving in all areas. Make sure you are subscribed to my weekly email to get the calendar and all the inside scoop!

This month's theme is "Gluten Free Your Food, so get ready because we're going to be testing out a lot of new foods! Food is central to the gluten free way of living because, well, many foods have gluten and we all have to eat! Whether you've been gluten free for a day or a decade, we can all do a little better and learn new things, right?

This month's challenge is all about reducing decision fatigue when standing in front of the refrigerator thinking, "What do I eat?" We are going to make a meal plan, create a shopping list, find new ways to make old favorites, and make it easy peasy to eat gluten free.

To help with this decision fatigue it means we need a plan of action. We need to know how we are going to execute our day to day life.
