How do you handle your anger? Where do you place your frustration when you have nowhere else to turn? Are you in need to release the stress that builds up within you? Then, it's time for you to release your stress and frustation!

Seth talks about utilizing a routine that allows you to healthily handle your stress, frustrationand anger. Instead of yelling, screaming and taking it out on those you love, take time to collect yourself.

Follow tese steps to get rid of your anger:

  • take ten deep breaths to colect yourself
  • declare what it is that has you angry
  • exercise hard for at least one minute

What you will notive is that you shifted your state. Instead of being angry, frustrated or stressed, you are clearer in focus. You wouldn't have to go through an argument. You wouldn't have to hurt yourself. But you do need to free yourself fromt he anger prison.

Shift your state today - and see how much healthier you, and your relaitonships, will be because of it.
