This week, Chris sat down with retired South Carolina police chief and international educator Chris Cowan. Chris was a police officer for over three decades and has served in a variety of roles in higher learning. His current efforts involves being the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Excellence in Policing and Public Safety Program at the Joseph F. Rice School of Law at the University of South Carolina. Chris is a devoted husband, father, and Christian.
