This week, Chris and Jaimie discuss big, enormous, life altering, decisions. Whether you are part of the first responder / military families, or if you had a traumatic event in your life, Chris and Jaimie encourage you to PAUSE before making any big decisions. When we have experienced stressful events, our stress-brain takes over and causes our decision-making brain to go off-line. We need to PAUSE big decisions until we can get our pre-frontal cortex back on-line able to weigh the pros and cons of the big decision. Chris and Jaimie offer up some tools they use to help their brain return to its normal state.
