Paul Downer

Paul was born in Ladbroke Grove, West London and grew up in the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. He joined the Ministry of Justice [[MoJ] then Lord Chancellors Department in Jan 1984– starting at Willesden County Court in North London. His favourite track is Going Underground - The Jam. Rob Neil OBE

Rob spent over 37 years in the Civil Service working at the heart of the Government. Latterly he led on embedding culture change at the Department for Education. In 2018, Rob was awarded an OBE in the New Year's Honours list for services to Race Equality in the workplace and the community. His favourite track is Madame George by Van Morrison, and his best gig was Shalamar (with guests Cameo) at Hammersmith Palais. Find Rob on Twitter @Robye46 or Instagram @robye50.
