A big problem with beginners working out is paralysis by analysis. This leads to a ton of information to guess & check to see what works, impatience, and problems finding consistency with working out.

- More does NOT always mean better

- Not eating enough protein

- Thinking of "new ideas" too often

- EMBRACING being a beginner
