A big issue with society is the amount of misinformation that spreads. You see it all the time in Men's/Women's Health magazines, your favourite athletes, or even from other trainers. Sam and Kyle talk about how much weight you can REALISTICALLY lose, how much muscle you can REALISTICALLY build, and better measures for the normal person than taking extremes.
