The simple definition of a narcissist is a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves. "Narcissists think the world revolves around them." How does it happen, that a person becomes so self-absorbed and self-centered, that they move into an irrevocable life position we call narcissism? What do you do when you live with someone who is an abuser, self-absorbed to a possibly incurable, broken place. "Boodack" is a made-up word used by my Greek professor to describe something that sticks in your brain, whether it’s a memory marker you use to call back a piece of data out of your brain, or a thought that cleats in your mind that you can’t seem to rid of. How do you remove yourself from the toxicity of the narcissist and stop the continued thoughts and memories, those "boodacks" of damage left behind in the contrail of the Narcissist. This episode gives you some encouraging insights on how to get back to a place of peace in your life.
