Longtime animation writer Ernie Altbacker joined the show to talk about his long body of work. He recently wrote for the 2021 DC film "Injustice." He also wrote four other films in the DC Universe series of animated films "Justice League Dark," "Teen Titans: The Judas Contract," "Batman: Hush," and "Justice League Dark: Apokolips War." He's also written for many animated series including "Spider-Man – The Animated Series," "Green Lantern," "Static Shock," and "Justice League Action." In this episode, he talks about the dark nature of Injustice and Apokolips War and the challenges of writing classic characters in more adult plots.
