Now, in today’s episode I want to share with you how you can save up to an hour, maybe even up to 2 hours each day by determining how you deal with your phone calls.

So, that’s been a study that’s done that shows, each time that you are interrupted from the task that you are doing, it takes about 15 minutes to get back into that task, if it’s not something that is really basic. It requires a bit more of your attention. It requires 15 minutes to go back to your task.
