Today I'm talking with Robin Dreeke. He is a best-selling author, professional speaker, trainer, a former marine, a facilitator, and retired FBI Special Agent and Chief of the Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program. Robin has taken his life's work of recruiting spies and broken down the art of leadership, communication, and relationship building.

Prepare to have your preconceptions of what an FBI agent is in person, completely obliterated.

In this episode we learn that the communication skills it takes to work in counter intelligence can be used by us all to build rapport and human relationships in everyday life.

We also learn about the importance of transparency, the need to drop any expectations of reciprocity when dealing with other people, and the significance of non verbal communication.

Expect to learn about the key pillars taht make up the Language of leaders ie: thoughts and opinions, challenges, the need to be non-judgemental, the need to be curious about what others are willing to share with you and the importance of giving people you're engaging with, choices.
