Dr Sandra Kaufmann joins me, she is the author of The Kaufmann Protocol, why we age and how to stop it. Now this book differs from others in this field as it barely mentions, carbs or ketones, the emphasis in the book is about maintaining cellular health because in the end we are made of cells, trillions of them. In this episode we talk about the mechanics of ageing which Dr Kaufmann broken down into 7 categories. We talk about epigenetics and how our lifestyle affects epigenetic drift. Find out about why its so important to have healthy mitochondria, especially if you're a woman.
