If you’re interested in your health, you’ll know that meditation is good for us. It’s long been known to increase feelings of calm, happiness and peace, as well as improve our focus and creativity.
What I didn’t know was that the mind-body connection is so much stronger than we think. If you practice meditation to foster more positive thoughts and feelings, it can actually change your genetic expression to make you more healthy!
