Jenni Hulburt is the founder of Wild Wellness + a holistic and fitness wellness advocate best known for helping women live and sweat in sync with nature. She has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in exercise science and sports psychology. So, she REALLY knows her stuff.

We weren’t taught about how we should be moving our bodies during each phase of our cycle… but we should have been! Because let’s be real — you do not feel the same week after week. Jenni and I dive into the four phases of the cycle and we talk all about what types of workouts are going to serve you best.

We Chat About:

  • Balancing working out and honoring your body
  • How fitness research has mostly been geared towards men
  • The four phases and how they affect movement
  • Connecting to nature while you work out
  • Being okay with rest
  • Having a consistent workout schedule
  • Listening to your body and adjusting
