In this podcast we bring you an interview with Dr. Kelly Swanson, Associate Professor of Nutritional Sciences in the Department of Animal Sciences and Division of Nutritional Sciences and Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Medicine at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
