All my life I have seen the inter-connectedness of all things in real life. I see 'energy' in a variety of forms permeating and surrounding everything, as in-formation, a unified field, where all things are connected regardless of location. This led me on a quest for knowledge through spirituality, parapsychology, philosophy and quantum physics amongst others to understand why I experience and see the world as I do. However, my own limiting beliefs from a difficult childhood led me ‘the long way round’ until a highly abusive marriage forced me to look at how I was playing out the story of my life. I escaped the marriage with my children, took time to heal before deciding to use my talents to create a business where I could help other women step into their power through reconnecting with nature and the Universe.

I'm now dedicated to reconnecting successful women to the ancient spirituality and divine power of the Sacred Feminine, through the embodiment of creative and generative forces to give structure and form to their dreams.

I’m the founder of SACRED FEMININE LIVING, my never-been-done-before program which forms a bridge between science and spirituality. This is the culmination of over 30 years of research, collaboration with others and working with other consciousness. I’m delighted to have made that step from face to face consultancy to online coaching quite recently.

I am currently co-authoring a book, Monetize Your Message. I will be one to 20 female entrepreneurs featured telling our story. Last year’s edition was a best seller and this years featured women are planning to improve on sales this year! I have been featured on BBC radio (our national station) here in the UK on numerous occasions. I've been awarded the BSD (British Society of Dowsers) Award for Services to Dowsing and the BSD. I recently started writing again and have been featured in Thrive Global and Medium.
