Today's episode is a continuation of our conversation about boundaries from last week. Last week Courtney and Brigette talked about why boundaries are important, and this week we are getting into the meat and potatoes of HOW TO set boundaries that are loving and respectful.
This episode is formatted to first look at how to recognize you need a boundary, followed by discussion about how to go about setting the boundary with some things to consider. The episode wraps up talking about how to hold and sustain the boundary, with some thoughts on when it might be appropriate to re-evaluate. This conversation about boundaries is an important one. We are glad we're on the journey with you on implementing them!
