There are many things that contribute to my anxiety, and yours. On this GOOD FRIDAY, I'm going to share my favorite hack to decrease anxiety, because there are many things we can do, but I think this is one of the easiest and it works!!

And it’s something you should do TODAY!!

Something else that's easy and works and helps with my physical anxiety, and I'm not talking just feeling anxious, I'm talking being anxious because of the state of your physical wellness. Like spring break is here and that means warmer weather and summer is so soon and I don't want to wear shorts, I don't want to wear a bathing suit and I'm out of time - soI just feel uncomfortable, discouraged and stuck.
