The one that's much worse than reality? Or it's the same negative things about yourself that are always there, it's a negative soundtrack on repeat. Or maybe it’s the story that spirals so fast into the future and you are left all alone without kids or family, just alone. 😫Or you even get on the topic of eternity….like foreveeerrr!! And you paint this story that it is much worse than this present life
( ps. Heaven is better than Earth 😉)
I could go on and on….you know the stories….you know that they can lead you right into ANXIETY.
