Peggi’s therapeutic Mind Bodywork practice focuses on health awareness and how to move beyond chronic pain. She specializes in learning how to re-abilitate whether from sports injuries, surgeries or repetitive motion injuries, emotional concerns, developmental brain injuries, and neurological issues as well as palliative care. She has been cultivating many aspects of Mind Body therapy that inform her approach over the past twenty years. Her specialty is in The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic movement reeducation.

Peggi is a Feldenkrais Guild Certified Assistant Trainer/ Practitioner of North America (GCFAT) with advanced certifications, board-certified and registered with the American Board of Hypnotherapy, a MasterPractitioner in Neurolinguistic Programing, Nationally (NCBTMB) and was Maryland State certified, licensed in therapeutic bodywork, CPR and First Aid certifications. Peggi began her journey in Feldenkrais 20 years ago. She has continued her studies with her mentor David Zemach-Bersin for the past 18 years. She has also trained with the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral and Lymph Drainage therapies. She is a member of the Feldenkrais Guild of North America (FGNA), affiliated with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), National Certification Board of Therapeutic Bodywork (NCBTMB), and an Alumni of Potomac Massage Training Institute. Peggi is a preferred therapist with the Maryland L.I.S.S. Grant Organization assisting people with neurological concerns. She has also been published nationally and internationally by MPA Media & AMTA for her work treating sciatic pain.
