In this beginner’s breakdance Freeze tutorial you will learn a basic freeze called the Handstand freeze and common mistakes to avoid while training your Handstand freeze Want Mirrored Versions Of All Of My Tutorials? - Join My Patreon Community ? https://www.patreon.com/Darrenrwong Tips for mastering the Handstand Freeze: -To overcome your fear of being upside down, use a wall to practice on first -You can go up against the wall with your back facing or your chest -Get as close to the wall as possible to put your hips in the correct alignment with your shoulders and wrists -The handstand balance point will be over shoulders and wrists -The 3 main points to focus on for your handstand are your hips, shoulders and wrists -Spread your fingers and grip the floor for balance and control -Push away from the ground when upside down to cause your shoulders to go up towards your ears -Before kicking off up into the handstand make sure your shoulders and wrists are in a straight line -After you place your wrists and shoulders in straight line focus on bringing your hips over that line -When you get to the peak of the handstand flex everything in your body -Practice different leg positions (tucked, open, closed, and scissors) If you like this video and would like more tutorials like this, do me a favor and “Like” the video and “Share” it with at least 3 people.
