In this beginner's breakdance Footwork tutorial you will learn How to do a basic footwork move called the Hook, 2 common mistakes and how to fix them, and a two 8 count drill to practice on your own. Get More Great Tutorials - Subscribe: ? https://goo.gl/TyxRKm The Hook is a crucial basic footwork move to learn because it is used in many footwork moves you will learn later. Similar to a Monkey Swing, The Hook will teach you how to shift your weight from one side to another so you can switch sides or change the direction of your footwork. It also teaches you how to shift your weight in order for you to be able to swing your leg.
