Recognition can be one of the most powerful tools there is for engaging your people, but it won’t be effective if it isn’t done fairly or equitably.

When launching a recognition program, people leaders need to work to ensure that everyone at the company has a fair chance to be recognized, and they need to monitor the program as it progresses to make sure those that deserve recognition are getting it.

In this week's Culture Clinic, Guusto’s Co-Founder Skai Dalziel speaks to executive HR expert Shelley Da Costa to get her take on the biggest factors that cause culture problems, and how to fix them.
