Are you ready for it?

This week’s episode is a little different, mostly because Fallon and I are meeting up on Saturday to sing, dance and cry (let’s be honest) at the Taylor Swift concert in Atlanta, GA - so we decided to have a little fun, using some examples from the one + only T.Swift, on how you can use music - the names of songs, the lyrics, the sounds and rhythms - to help you tune into your own intuition and give voice to your thoughts, emotions and desires.

We’ve talked about how music is a great tool for moving + amplifying energy, and in particular, we use Taylor’s music as an amazing example of shining a light on all parts of ourselves - our shadows, our power, our insecurities - and the part of us who just wants to dance.

So if you’re a Swiftie (or even if you’re not), join us for this deep dive! Let us know your favorite songs to dance to, to cry to, and sing LOUD to.

We can’t wait to hear from you!

Because all parts (all ERAS ;) of you are welcome here, and we’re leaving none of you behind.

xx,

Abby + Fallon
