In today’s podcast, we talk about how our body can hold onto emotions from the past and specifically (for both of us just a few days apart!), how the body reminds us of these big emotions, usually when we’re not expecting it. Plus, we walk through how to guide yourself through releasing them, when you’re ready.

The thing about emotions or emotions manifesting physically in the body as pain or discomfort is that there is often a message for us to receive there.
