There was a time when I was in a dark spot in my life. And, I needed that extra push. That extra reminder. That extra love and motivation. My thoughts were cloudy and I felt lost. I needed a solution!

I created i Self Reflect, to embody everything I wish I had in front of me during those times. The positive self talk and reinforcement to continue to push me into a more positive light.

I believe our greatest asset in life is our Mind.
