I am so excited to introduce you to LeLand Hollgate, the CEO and founder of The Willful Warrior. He is a combat veteran who injured himself to such severity that he became quadriplegic, not once - but twice.
At 19, he was told he might never be able to walk again, which he refused to accept. So instead of internalizing that narrative, he decided to tap into his body's innate ability to heal.

Additionally, Leland has healed cancer, addiction, PTSD, and depression, all through the utilization of breathwork, meditation, yoga, and mindset. Today he studies Neuropsychology with a forthcoming double Doctorate and helping others heal through breathwork and meditation.

Expect to learn

  1. How Leland tapped into the body's innate healing power in order to walk again after he was told he might never be able to

  2. The benefits of breathwork and how it can mimic the effects of psychedelics

  3. Why breathwork can be used to heal trauma and release pain

  4. Why and how you might want to get into a consistent breathwork practise

I met Leland at a meditation retreat in Niagara Falls about a year ago, and after breathing together with a lot of other people for an entire week - I got to sit down in an intimate breathwork session with him and some other friends, and I was blown away by the way he interwove the neuroscience into the session. So, I am really excited that we get to tap into his mind today!
