In this podcast we will be focusing on mental health characteristics and the process of identifying them through counseling.

We also highlight how some of these mental health conditions are hereditary and can be unconsciously conveyed through generations of shared stories. Through these discussions we see how generational trauma creates patterns of learned behaviors and language that develops internal biases in ongoing family lineage.
