This weeks episode is about finding connections between the human experience and the natural world. In yoga there are five winds of the body. They govern different areas and different physical and subtle activities. The natural phenomenon of the wind is associated with a whole host of different things. In this guided meditation I aim to tie the two together. I am trying to push the creativity of these meditation so I hope you enjoy the final product.
