Oh oh oh… Ozempic! As much as I hate that the catchy commercial jingle is forever stuck in my head, let’s chat about Ozempic. Really, let’s chat about the weight loss drug (aka. semaglutides & GLP-1 medications) craze that’s been going on the past year or so.
Our guest, Kirsten Morrisson, is an Anti-Diet Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She is the Host of Intuitive Bites Podcast and runs her own virtual private practice helping women heal their relationships to food and body. Kirsten also previously worked in a bariatric clinic (weight loss surgery) and understands all the nuances of what people go through when pursuing intentional weight loss.
