Sacrifice is essential when it comes to creating #SustainableSuccess.

Description: Sacrifice doesn't have to be a downer! It's all in your perspective. Are you making sacrifices or just choosing to focus on what's most important to get you to where you want to be?! Bottom line: It's all about your mindset! It's all in how you choose to look at your situation. Jonah and I both believe in healthy sacrifice! Ask, Olympic multi-gold medalist, Michael Phelps about sacrifice? While his competitors were in the pool 5 days a week, he was training 7 days a week! He missed out on a normal childhood because of his demanding practice schedule. This is an example of healthy sacrifice! Jonah, had to cut his annual holiday family camping trip short to get back to his office to help get out hundreds of Groupon orders, during a flood. And, happy to pull up the tent stakes to drive 10 hours in the middle of the night to get it done! His attitude is always, "It's another day in paradise, Karen!" Jonah brilliantly states, "This doesn't mean you can be a martyr!" "Excellent point, Jonah!" as I elaborate, "Martyrs are victims in disguise. But this is an unconscious phenomenon. Martyrs don't see themselves as victims because subconsciously they are trying to feel good about themselves by overcompensating with their martyrdom, which only feeds right back into a vicious cycle of pain, complaining and attention seeking. Unfortunately, underneath this facade is someone who is trying to feel worthy, and significant." So, lesson #1 is don't confuse making necessary sacrifices with a right to be a martyr! If you are not willing to make healthy sacrifices necessary to get what needs to be done for enduring success, then you are only setting yourself up for disappointment and failure. Martyr's are only trying to feel a sense of inner peace and happiness that ultimately never comes because they are stuck in a mind-trap. Lesson #2, life is based on 95% of the decisions and choices you make and 5% of the actions you take. Lesson #3, so the more you know yourself and what you want, the clearer you'll be to make the best choices toward your #Success. Are you ready to jump start your life now? Jonah & I invite you to experience our CAVE-TIME SUCCESS SUMMITS starting March 2016 to help you Invent Your Destiny ~ right now!
