In this next episode I share my chat with Pam, Phil and of course the star of the show Teddy. Pam shares many aspects of her pregnancy from coping with pregnancy after loss (EP40 Pam shared her previous birth experiences) gestational diabetes, extensive preparation 🙌and the birth of her little boy Teddy at home.I was joined by Phil her love, her husband and an incredible support. I adore chatting with couples, I love watching them reminisce over such an intimate experience. It’s an honour to be invited into such a sacred space as they open up and chat.Although Pam is incredibly well informed and constantly researching evidence based material to ensure she is upto speed, she still invested the time in herself to prepare for Teddy’s birth. I really love that, below I have shared a list of resources Pam shared with me which might be useful to you, including the Anne Summer Vinyl sheetsEnjoy & thank you Pam, Phil & Teddy ❤️Pregnancy after loss- Help with anxiety and counselling @avrilflynn_com - Hypnobirthing @birthfearfree 3 set rewind and Birth doula support @globebabydoula Body work(cranio sacral) for gentle treatment after loss, during pregnancy and for Teddy @jill_myoreflex Acupunture for anxiety and pregnancy support Grainne Conlon Acorn AccupAntenatal breastfeeding course @nicola_lactationconsultant IBCLC support @birth_baby_beyond_ Home birth Liz Halliday @privatemidwivesireland Prenatal yoga, @tummylovewithmelissa , Lydia Sasse-yoga with LydiaChiropractic care @drake_chiropractic Photography Pregnancy, birth and postnatal photos @amandahatton_photography - Books -Reclaiming childbirth as a rite of passage, Rachel ReedGentle birth, gentle mothering, Dr. Sarah BuckleyIna Mays guide to childbirth, Ina May GaskinBirth your way, Sheila KitzingerReal food for Gestational Diabetes, Lily NicholsThe First 40 days- Post natal -Tongue tie release Jill Smith, Fiona Rae, Fitzwilliam clinic, BrayFood delivery @kaylaskitchen_ie and @eatto_ie and Mamas Golden Food by Ros Drake
