Some people believe that in order to lose weight, it's a healthy idea to skip meals to reduce calories. This is a pretty drastic measure and can actually be counterproductive and unhealthy for your body. However, some people eat 5-6 times a day and it works for them! With lots of buzz talk in the nutrition world about nutrient timing, does it really make a difference how many times a day you eat? I'll talk about what works for me and how this is actually tied into food psychology and eating behaviours.
