For this episode, I am doing something a bit different. I have read a fascinating book recently, written by Dr. Robert Davis, who you may remember from episodes 17-18 of this show when we discussed the book Supersized Lies. Robert Davis is an accredited health journalist who takes on the challenge of busting nutritional myths, and his book Coffee is Good for You is another must-read! I devoured the book and had so many thoughts to share that I dedicated a whole episode to it. You may be surprised by what the science shows. I know I was, so you won't want to miss it!
