Being active does not necessarily mean "doing a workout". There are all kinds of things you can do during your day that can boost your activity levels, and some of them are healthy habits that only take a few minutes. By talking through my average work day and the habits I've built within it, I hope to give you some ideas on what you can squeeze into your day, no matter what your schedule looks like.
