Hey listeners, it is so good to be back after months off! Today I’m talking about my hiatus and the health scare that lead to it. I share my physical and emotional healing journey and discuss how I’ve been coping. The second half of the show is about the invaluable life skill of managing your mind. I define what this means and walk you through the benefits of being the master of your own mind. I detail ways to accomplish this, with examples, and also illustrate the challenges one may face when on this challenging but rewarding journey. I conclude the episode by introducing my new course, “The Mindset Gym”. This is one of my most popular courses as it gives my clients actionable guidance on how to better manage their emotions and achieve mastery over their mind.
