In this episode, I give discomfort a much needed rebrand. We’re so used to viewing discomfort as a feeling to avoid, and as an indicator that we must be doing something wrong. In this episode I flip this paradigm on its head: what if we used discomfort as our north star? Discomfort is an important indicator that we’re heading in the right direction, and I take the episode to explain this. I share personal stories and insights on how to shift our thinking and embrace discomfort as a part of the human experience. I discuss reclaiming the words selfish and lazy and shifting our mindsets to view discomfort as a positive indicator. I end the episode offering a free Overwhelm Audit for those who want to make a necessary shift in their lives.
