Last week was all about reflection as a I make some transitions in my life. Instead of sitting in it and complaining, I wanted to get myself out of this rut.

I take a look at what are the benefits of breaking out of your comfort zones and what breaking out of my comfort zone.

Plus I come up with ways I am breaking out of my comfort zone personally, professionally, and even intimately.
