As a survivor of domestic violence, I would like to share my story. Despite the fact that my boyfriend was physically abusive, I didn't want to call the police. My first thought was that he was trying to get help and that things would change. His actions turned him into a monster, and I knew I had to leave him. After realizing I had been abused, I sought help and was able to get out.
Please seek support and help if you are in a similar situation. It is not necessary for the abuse to be physical in order for it to be considered domestic violence. I urge you to seek therapy instead of just covering up the pain caused by toxic relationships. There are several resources available to you included in this episode.
As a result of getting professional support and aromatherapy, I was able to find peace after surviving an abusive relationship. I am now in a healthy relationship with an amazing man. Essential oils played an important role in my healing journey. Aromatherapy can help survivors of abuse feel grounded and safe by using specific essential oils. For individuals who have experienced trauma, essential oils like Jasmine, Frankincense, and Siberian Fir can aid in the healing process.
Let's raise awareness about domestic violence and offer hope to those who struggle with relationships.
